Rules for using Ace Wave

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ace Wave. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms as required by applicable law.

You may not use Ace Wave if you are legally prohibited from receiving the service or if your account was previously terminated for serious or repeated violations, unless we provide written permission.

• Provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current.
• Protect your password and do not permit unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where prohibited by law.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts using misleading or unauthorized information.

Notify us promptly at acefleetgroup1@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use Ace Wave to create, upload, share, promote, or encourage content or conduct involving:

• Illegal activity, credible threats, terrorism, exploitation, trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or any grooming or predatory behavior.
• Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery shared without permission, or sexual coercion.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, targeted abuse, or hateful conduct attacking protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, dangerous challenges, or content that creates an unreasonable risk of physical injury.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, spam, fake engagement, malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, enforcement, access controls, security systems, rate limits, or platform restrictions.

Additional Community Guidelines may provide more detail and are incorporated into these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Ace Wave. You are responsible for your content and must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to post it.

By uploading content, you grant Ace Wave and Ace Fleet Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, perform, distribute, promote, and make the content available as needed to operate, improve, market, and provide Ace Wave.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where copies remain in backups, were shared or saved by others, or must be retained for legal, safety, moderation, or operational reasons.

You may upload music, video, images, trademarks, or other material only when you own it or have permission to use it on Ace Wave.

Giving credit to an owner does not by itself give you permission. Ace Wave may mute, block, remove, restrict, or disable content when rights are disputed or required licenses are unavailable.

Copyright owners or authorized agents may report claimed infringement by emailing acefleetgroup1@gmail.com. A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, its location on Ace Wave, the complaining party's contact information, required good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict disputed content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted when content was removed because of mistake or misidentification.

A public DMCA agent notice and registration may be added before Ace Wave launches broadly.

We may review, restrict, label, reduce distribution of, remove, or preserve content. We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, Community Guidelines, law, or safety requirements have been violated.

Enforcement may be based on automated systems, human review, user reports, trusted flaggers, legal requests, or other available information. We are not required to host or distribute any particular content.

Where available, users may appeal eligible decisions within the period stated in the enforcement notice. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal.

Ace Wave grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purposes while you comply with these Terms.

Ace Wave's software, branding, design, logos, features, and other platform materials are owned by Ace Fleet Group or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative services.

Ace Wave may introduce virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, creator payouts, promotions, or other paid features. Additional terms, prices, eligibility rules, payout thresholds, fees, taxes, refund rules, and platform percentages may apply.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, virtual items have no cash value to users, are licensed rather than owned, are non-transferable outside approved features, and may not be exchanged outside Ace Wave.

Creator earnings, if offered, may be subject to identity verification, tax documentation, fraud review, minimum payout requirements, chargebacks, and compliance checks.

Ace Wave may contain links to, integrate with, or depend on third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Their own terms and policies may apply.

We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or any part of Ace Wave. The service may experience interruptions, errors, delays, data loss, maintenance, or security incidents.

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the app, by email, or through another reasonable method. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACE WAVE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ACE FLEET GROUP DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not guarantee that content is accurate, safe, available, or suitable, or that any creator will receive a particular amount of exposure, engagement, income, or success.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACE FLEET GROUP AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ACE WAVE.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ACE WAVE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR 100 U.S. DOLLARS, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT RESULT.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ace Fleet Group and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of Ace Wave, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Unless applicable law requires another location, legal proceedings will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Maryland.

You may stop using Ace Wave at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for enforcement, security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or protection of users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

• If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer these Terms as part of a business transaction or reorganization.
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and additional feature terms form the agreement between you and Ace Fleet Group regarding Ace Wave.
