How Ace Wave handles your information

We collect information you provide, information created through your use of Ace Wave, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Account and profile information

• Email address, username, display name, password-related account records, profile details, and account settings.
• Age or date-of-birth information when requested for eligibility, safety, or legal compliance.

Content and activity

• Videos, captions, thumbnails, comments, replies, reports, appeals, and other content you upload or submit.
• Likes, supporters, creators you support, saves, views, searches, notification activity, and other interactions.

Device and technical information

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash information, security logs, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
• Camera, microphone, and photo-library content only when you grant permission and use a feature that requires it.

• Create and maintain your account.
• Display, distribute, recommend, and organize Waves and creator profiles.
• Provide comments, replies, likes, supporter relationships, notifications, search, uploads, and future creator features.
• Detect spam, fraud, abuse, account compromise, prohibited content, and violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Review reports, enforce platform rules, process appeals, and protect users and the public.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot problems, analyze performance, and develop new features.
• Comply with applicable law, legal process, and legitimate government requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described below.

• With other users when you publish profile information, Waves, comments, replies, likes, supporter activity, or other public content.
• With service providers that help us host data, deliver app features, send emails, store media, process future payments, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
• With legal authorities or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of Ace Wave.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Ace Wave currently uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime features. We may also use hosting, email, analytics, content-delivery, moderation, payment, and security providers as the platform develops.

These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary for them to perform their services.

Content posted publicly may be viewed, shared, recorded, copied, or redistributed by other people. Removing content from Ace Wave does not guarantee that copies made by others will disappear.

Do not publish sensitive personal information that you do not want others to access.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Ace Wave, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups or may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal claims, regulatory compliance, or enforcement history.

• Review and update available profile and account information.
• Control camera, microphone, photo-library, and notification permissions through your device settings.
• Delete individual content where the feature is available.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your personal data by contacting us.
• Delete your Ace Wave account through the in-app account-deletion feature when available, or by emailing us.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. Rights vary by location, and certain legal exceptions may apply.

To request account deletion, use the Delete Account option in Ace Wave when available or email acefleetgroup1@gmail.com. Please include the email address or username connected to the account.

Deletion may remove or anonymize your profile and content, subject to legal, security, backup, moderation, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.

Ace Wave is not intended for children under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information through the service.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally required authorization, we may suspend the account and delete the information. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a suspected underage account.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Ace Wave may process and store information in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

We may update this policy as Ace Wave develops or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes.

Continued use of Ace Wave after an updated policy takes effect means the updated policy will apply to future use, where permitted by law.
